Capital City College is looking for a skilled Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London. About the Role: This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. To be responsible for the daily operation of the strength and conditioning of academy learners who are part of the Sports Academy (Capital City Cobras). Plan and implement the Academy Strength and Conditioning programme, focusing on age appropriate athletic development for all players within the Academy structure.   • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Performance Science and Strength & Conditioning and the Manager of Strength & Conditioning to enhance athletic performance through the development, implementation, and evaluation of scientifically driven strength and conditioning programs
  • Conduct individual and group strength and conditioning sessions, predominantly for Academy MMA, but including other elite level athletes from a variety of sporting backgrounds (when needed)
  • Foster relationships with third-party consultants and establish strategic partnerships with leaders in strength & conditioning across various sports
