Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions in Client Delivery Center in Hyderabad
  • Deliver onboarding sessions that provide new joiners with a consistent and positive introduction to Alter Domus
  • Deliver professional skills and technical sessions using established materials and guidelines
  • Prepare presentation decks and materials as needed for delivery
  • Measure training and program success using metrics
  • Work collaboratively with Academy colleagues across regions to support consistent delivery of learning programs
  • Liaise with subject-matter experts and internal trainers regarding content clarification and session preparation

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, facilitation, training delivery, or a related field
  • Confident facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills for preparing materials and supporting multiple sessions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) or LMS tools is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, HR, or a related field is preferred
