Alter Domus is strengthening capability development across our global Client Delivery Centers. As part of this growth, we are seeking an Academy Partner who will design, enhance, and deliver learning programs that support onboarding, professional skills development, and technical capability building for employees across multiple regions. This role supports our Client Delivery Centers across EMEA, APAC, and North America. The Academy Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders, subject-matter experts, and our global Academy team to deliver impactful learning experiences that help employees integrate quickly, grow their skills, and perform at their best. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about developing people at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support the design, enhancement, and refresh of onboarding, professional skills, and technical training programs for Client Delivery Centers globally
Ensure learning solutions are practical, relevant, engaging, and aligned with business needs
Maintain and update curricula, learning paths, and materials as processes evolve
Incorporate learner feedback and insights to improve program quality and impact
Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions across Client Delivery Centers locations in EMEA, APAC, and North America
Deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that accelerates new joiners’ integration and performance
Partner with business leaders and People Partners to understand capability needs and learning priorities across regions
Contribute to the development of annual and ongoing learning plans aligned with business goals
Build strong, collaborative relationships with Academy Champions, SMEs, operational leaders, and People Partners across locations
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning programs meet operational needs and employee expectations
Support communication and engagement around Academy programs
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, talent development, or a related field
Experience designing or enhancing training programs is strongly preferred
Strong facilitation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to diverse global audiences
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with LMS/LXP platforms
e-learning development skills are an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, HR, or a related field is preferred
