Impactful, Tailored Learning. Deliver high-quality, 1:1 or small-group sessions in Maths, English, and Science to students from Year 1 through to Post-16, focusing on both academic success and development of vital social skills.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver engaging sessions in core subjects (Maths, English, and/or Science) in line with the current UK National Curriculum
Develop and implement bespoke lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of each student
Adapt approach for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring learning is accessible and inclusive
Foster a positive environment that builds student's self-esteem and social development
Maintain consistent contact with families to report on progress and celebrate 'small wins'
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering effective tuition in core academic subjects
Strong, up-to-date understanding of the UK National Curriculum
Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs (SEN)
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young learners
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one immediately)
