Academic Teaching Assistant – Lambeth. Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference in student’s lives? This vibrant Secondary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth
  • Use a variety of strategies and resources to inspire curiosity and facilitate active learning
  • Assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure student success
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community

Requirements:

  • 1st Class / 2:1 Degree from reputable university
  • Strong academics across the board
  • Experience working with Secondary-aged students
  • Strong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum and effective teaching practices
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
