5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Sales Cloud platform
Deep expertise in the Sales Cloud data model, configuration, and security model
Experience managing Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems
Experience working closely with downstream system teams to support a seamless Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
Demonstrated experience with the full software development lifecycle within an Agile or Scrum environment
Strong command of development tools like Git, SFDX CLI, DevOps pipelines, and/or other development tools
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the entire feature lifecycle

Job Responsibility

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features within Salesforce Sales Cloud to improve the Revenue Team’s productivity
Make key architectural decisions and choosing the right tool for the job
Serve as the primary technical partner for business systems analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that can automate processes and provide intelligent insights
Partner with other engineers to architect new features and ensure seamless integration with existing applications
Maintain a customer-centric and data-driven approach, monitor the performance of features, troubleshoot issues, and inform future enhancements
