Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage the academic program portfolio for Glion London
  • Support strategic academic planning and lead project implementation aligned with institutional goals
  • Act as the key liaison for MSc/BBA students, monitoring progression and enhancing the overall learning experience
  • Ensure operational excellence by coordinating logistics, deadlines, and program-related events
  • Drive academic integrity and continuous improvement through surveys, feedback and process refinement
  • Contribute to faculty development through peer reviews and academic standards oversight
  • Represent the campus in group-wide projects and liaise with internal stakeholders across Sommet Education
  • Organise and support professional excursions, boot camps, and academic events

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or possess equivalent experience)
  • ideally accompanied by a teaching qualification such as a PGCE
  • significant experience in higher education or the service industry
  • proven track record in project management, academic administration, and engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • understanding of both UK and international higher education systems, including QAA standards
  • excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills

  • Serve as primary point of contact for judges in your topic area and programs
  • facilitate nominee/applicant evaluation and honoree selection by juries of expert scientists, conducted both online and in-person.
  • Coordinate the preparation of multimedia materials for broad audiences that explain the impact of the honorees’ complex scientific research.
  • Conceptualize and develop scientific programming for international and domestic symposia that showcase honoree research for scientific and lay audiences.
  • Work with the Academy’s Senior Leadership team as well as various administrative and operations departments, affiliated partners, and other vendors as needed to develop and execute domestic and international award ceremonies and other program events.
  • Collaborate across Academy departments to identify potential opportunities for ongoing honoree engagement in additional Academy initiatives and publications.
  • As needed, work with the Senior Vice President, Life Sciences to conceptualize, organize, secure financial support for, and convene scientific conferences and programming in various areas of physical sciences and engineering.
