Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage the academic program portfolio for Glion London
Support strategic academic planning and lead project implementation aligned with institutional goals
Act as the key liaison for MSc/BBA students, monitoring progression and enhancing the overall learning experience
Ensure operational excellence by coordinating logistics, deadlines, and program-related events
Drive academic integrity and continuous improvement through surveys, feedback and process refinement
Contribute to faculty development through peer reviews and academic standards oversight
Represent the campus in group-wide projects and liaise with internal stakeholders across Sommet Education
Organise and support professional excursions, boot camps, and academic events
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or possess equivalent experience)
ideally accompanied by a teaching qualification such as a PGCE
significant experience in higher education or the service industry
proven track record in project management, academic administration, and engaging with a range of stakeholders
understanding of both UK and international higher education systems, including QAA standards
excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
thrive in multicultural and international environments
proactive, student-centred approach
