Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ graded Ofsted secondary school based in the heart of Ealing is looking for Academic Mentors to join their secondary school for a September start. The role involves running interventions, booster sessions, and supporting class teachers to help raise student attainment.

Job Responsibility:

Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across various subjects
Support class teachers across different subjects and support students development academically

Requirements:

Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
Aspiring Primary or Secondary Teacher
Must be willing to go above and beyond daily for the pupils
Confidence is key throughout these roles/School
Must be a team player
