Job Description:

This is a permanent, full-time position starting in September 2025 at an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in the Borough of Ealing. The school has exceptional results, low staff turnover, and a welcoming environment. The role involves providing academic support to students across Key Stages 3-5, assisting with group and individual interventions, and working closely with Class Teachers.

Job Responsibility:

Providing academic support to students across KS3-KS5
liaising with Class Teachers to help pupils achieve their learning targets

Requirements:

A confident, hardworking graduate with strong academics across the board, including a 1st Class/2:1 degree from a reputable university
previous experience providing academic support to young people
a keen interest in working with young people and motivating the younger generation
an individual looking to get stuck in from the start
