As a key driver of the Educational Strategy Vision, you will lead the design, development and implementation of high impact professional development aligned with the Models of Engagement and Assessment Practices initiative. You will empower academic staff and teaching teams to embed evidence‑informed pedagogical principles and practices across the three designated models, enhancing student engagement and success. Central to the role is the cultivation of strong, collaborative relationships across the Division of Learning and Teaching and the wider university community to support consistent, high quality learning experiences.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Relevant doctoral qualification in education (or related discipline) supported by a strong record of scholarly activity and experience demonstrating capacity to lead pedagogical innovation
Demonstrated success in designing, delivering and evaluating evidence‑informed professional development for academic staff, translating policy and standards into effective learning experiences
Strong expertise in university teaching, pedagogy and/or assessment in digital and blended contexts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience leading and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
