Job Description

Help students and parents discover the right international university programs offered at their physical campuses in India. This role will engage with them through calls and meetings, guide them through the enrollment journey, and help shape their academic future.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and manage the lead pipeline for multi-disciplinary education programs of international university's physical campuses here in India
  • Provide in-depth and customized program information to prospective students & parents via video calls, phone, and email
  • Counsel and follow up with interested students & parents to drive conversions and ensure proper pipelining from the provided database
  • Maintain accurate and real-time updates of all student interactions and lead discussions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in academic counseling or inside sales (preferably in Education / Higher Ed / Universities)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and analyze student needs
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding student acquisition targets
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce CRM, with strong data analysis capabilities
