Job Responsibility

  • Support student fee collection and regular follow-ups
  • Maintain collection records and coordinate with the accounts team
  • Contribute toward achieving assigned admission and revenue targets
  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, curriculum, duration, and outcomes
  • Guide students through the admission and onboarding process
  • Follow up with leads and prospective students to meet enrolment targets
  • Explain detailed course descriptions and academic schedules
  • Prepare and manage rosters for students and teachers
  • Coordinate batch allocation, class schedules, and faculty assignments
  • Maintain and update student records, attendance, and academic data
  • Maintain teacher database including profiles, availability, and assigned batches
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates of all records
  • Prepare reports related to admissions, collections, student data, and academic planning
  • Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and management
  • Handle student queries and resolve academic or coordination-related issues
