Job Description:

The AC Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality, and refrigeration equipment. This role involves monitoring property temperature, analyzing energy usage, and calibrating controls and meters. Additional duties include maintaining electrical and pipe assemblies, performing pool and spa maintenance, and adhering to company safety standards. The technician is expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, anticipate guest needs, and uphold Marriott's hospitality values. This full-time position is based at the JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment
Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant
Monitor and control property temperature
Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage
Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment
Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring
Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves
Perform routine pool and spa maintenance
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Welcome and acknowledge all guests and address their service needs
Follow company safety and security policies
Report maintenance problems or hazards
Complete safety training

Requirements:

EPA Universal Certification
Driver's License
HVAC Certification
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 3 years of related work experience
