Job Description:

AC Technician position at JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment
Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant
Monitor and control property temperature
Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage
Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment
Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring
Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc.
Perform routine pool and spa maintenance
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Complete safety training and certifications

Requirements:

EPA Universal Certification
Driver's License
HVAC Certification
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 3 years of related work experience
