As a cadet, you’ll be employed in the role of a Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing (RUSON), gaining paid clinical experience while completing your studies. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop your clinical skills, build confidence, and contribute to patient care in a supportive and culturally safe environment.
Job Responsibility:

Working alongside experienced nurses in a variety of clinical settings
Actively involved in ward-based care
Requirements:
Currently in possession of a Working With Children Check
Ability to work both AM and PM shifts (around clinical placement)
Must be enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing and completed your first year of study
Identify as a First Nations person
A commitment to delivering high quality, patient centred care
Be caring, pro-active and have an engaging manner
