Job Responsibility

  • Create and deliver an area business plan that aligns with local strategy and delivers measurable results
  • Lead, coach and develop field team members to improve skills, performance and professional standards
  • Ensure high-quality scientific engagement and professional service for healthcare customers and institutions
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical and academic leaders to support local educational activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred
  • Demonstrated people management, coaching or team development experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to plan territory activities and use CRM or digital tools to track performance
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area

  • Experience engaging healthcare professionals in scientific or academic settings
  • Clear understanding of the Indian healthcare system and local clinical practice
