Job Description:

ABA Tutor role supporting SEN pupils in an inclusive Inner London school. Day-to-day cover and short-term assignments available. Work within a nurturing and inclusive environment focused on holistic pupil development and wellbeing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support children with Special Educational Needs through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Apply evidence-based ABA strategies to support pupils' learning and behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with SEN coordinators, teaching staff, and therapists to deliver personalised ABA interventions

Requirements:

  • Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
  • Understanding of SEN challenges in children
  • Patient, empathetic, and skilled in implementing behaviour support plans
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt ABA techniques to individual needs
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in ABA and SEN
