Job Description:

ABA Tutor role supporting SEN pupils in an inclusive Inner London school. Day-to-day cover and short-term assignments available. Work within a nurturing and inclusive environment focused on holistic pupil development and wellbeing.

Job Responsibility:

Support children with Special Educational Needs through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques
Apply evidence-based ABA strategies to support pupils' learning and behaviour
Work collaboratively with SEN coordinators, teaching staff, and therapists to deliver personalised ABA interventions

Requirements:

Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Understanding of SEN challenges in children
Patient, empathetic, and skilled in implementing behaviour support plans
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt ABA techniques to individual needs
Commitment to ongoing professional development in ABA and SEN
