Job Description:

An inclusive Ealing school is seeking a dedicated ABA Tutor to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025, supporting children with Special Educational Needs through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to apply evidence-based ABA strategies to support pupils’ learning and behaviour within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Work collaboratively with SEN coordinators, teaching staff, and therapists to deliver personalised ABA interventions

Requirements:

Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Understanding of SEN challenges in children, particularly autism and related needs
Patient, empathetic, and skilled in implementing behaviour support plans
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt ABA techniques to individual needs
Commitment to ongoing professional development in ABA and SEN
