Summary: Supports the delivery of ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Assists in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, provides guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians, collects and analyzes data, and participates in multi-disciplinary team collaboration.

Assists in the development and implementation of behavioral plans and strategies for individuals receiving ABA services
Assists in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training for students served using both discrete trial training, natural environment training, and other evidence based models of teaching
Assist in preparing materials for interventions and assessments
Models strategies for behavioral support including 1:1, in class instruction and in-service instruction to classroom staff, RBTs and other support professionals
Assists BCBA in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate
Assists BCBA in creating ongoing data collection systems to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for individuals receiving ABA services
Assists BCBA in analyzing data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming
Meet as needed with RBT staff to discuss ongoing issues and to provide support
Provide consultation services and maintain ongoing communication with families on assigned caseload
Help maintain documentation for client sessions, data sheets, and treatment plans
Supports the Program Director or supervising BCBA by helping to oversee assigned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in line with organizational policies and laws
Assists with training staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and helping resolve issues
Requirements
Completed ABA coursework, and eligible to take the BCBA exam
Two or more years working as an RBT required
Excellent instructional, oral, and written communication, organizational and interpersonal relations skills
Competence in behavior management, instructional, oral, and written communication, organizational and interpersonal relations skills
Ability to work with a variety of individuals regarding age, functionality, and with minimal direction
Knowledge of DTT programming and implementation
Ability to present information and train staff who have varying levels of knowledge/experience
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to work independently and prioritize and plan work activities
Ability to problem-solve independently or in a group setting
Ability to foster quality in others
