Join our team at Rawlinson & Hunter LLP as an AAT Student Accountant in September 2026! This opportunity is ideal for recent school or college leavers who aspire to build a long-term career as a Chartered Accountant within our award-winning firm based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Our two-year accountancy apprenticeship programme provides structured training designed to support you in completing your AAT qualification. Following successful completion, apprentices typically progress to study for the ACA qualification over a further three years.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of audit plans
  • Work closely with senior auditors on various client engagements
  • Develop a thorough understanding of audit methodologies and practices
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse financial data

Requirements:

  • Three A-Levels (or equivalent) at grades A-C
  • GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at grades 9-6
  • A strong desire to pursue a long-term career in accounting
  • Passion for numbers and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage and communicate effectively with partners, clients and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
