Job Description:

As Certifying Staff/Support Staff CAT B2 (d/m/w) in Line and Base Maintenance, you will work in a team with your colleagues to support the maintenance of the world's most modern military transporter A400M at the Airbus Defense and Space site in Manching. In addition, you will support A400M customers worldwide with planned and unplanned maintenance activities on a case-by-case basis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Determining and evaluating the conformity of work carried out independently or by qualified personnel
  • Approving work as part of maintenance activities
  • Instructing, supporting and monitoring employees without PART66 MAML
  • Carrying out plannable and non-plannable maintenance work
  • Carrying out troubleshooting on electrical systems and rectifying faults
  • Installing electrical modifications, retrofits and technical changes
  • Carrying out repairs in accordance with technical specifications
  • Functional tests and adjustment work on electrical components
  • Carrying out findings, evaluating and assessing deviations
  • Dismantling and upgrading work
  • Assembly and disassembly work
  • Carrying out complex electrical system tests
  • Independent management of work-related documentation
