A350 FLE Spars Project - CapEx management & Project management support

• Perform the management activities of CapEx investments and support project management for A350 FLE Spars Second Source project
• Ensure the correct funding and planning according to Project planification requirements and CapEx policy with a CapEx investment
• Work closely to Project Leader and Project management workpackage leader to maintain the documentation up to date and keep circularity among different exercises
• CapEx dossier preparation and update
• Coordination with Plant CapEx manager
• CapEx investment control: PO’s, cash, committed, pending to be approved
• CapEx investment planning for CapEx MFT approvals and cash follow up
• Support to Project management files/dossiers preparation and update

• Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
• At least 2-3 years in project management, investment management
• High adaptability to work on a fast and uncertain mode
• Stakeholder management
• Organized with focus on details and ensuring data circularity
• Team work in a networking mode
• Message/info adaptability to different publics
• Advanced level in English
• Financial knowledge
• Google apps such as google sheets, google slides
• CapEx management
