Job Responsibility
Coordinate and track key project tasks, deliverables, and deadlines, while supervising and collaborating with team members to meet project goals
Draft and review high-quality project governance documents, including brief notes, submissions, financial papers, procurement documents, and executive correspondence
Administer and support the development of Detailed Business Cases for highly complex government infrastructure initiatives
Manage and process transactional data and crucial project milestones within key corporate information systems, including Content Manager and Aurion
Deliver professional secretariat services and reporting requirements for steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder meetings
Analyze and evaluate contract data, project reports, and regulatory frameworks to provide robust risk management and budgetary advice to directors and project managers
Monitor business data quality through variance analysis reporting to proactively resolve errors and optimize system accuracy
Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in administering capital projects from inception through to final delivery, preferably within a large-scale project environment
Strong capacity to manage multiple projects of significant value simultaneously while maintaining data accuracy and meeting strict milestones
High-level communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to write with precision and persuasion for diverse government stakeholders
Solid analytical skills to interpret complex financial, budgetary, and procurement documentation
Exceptional self-management capabilities, enabling you to deliver autonomous outcomes with minimal supervision
Highly advanced technical competency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
