Job Description:

The A/V Technician at Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel is responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, inspecting equipment, and conducting general maintenance tasks in compliance with safety procedures and company standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest interaction, and professional behavior in a dynamic hotel setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond and attend to guest repair requests
  • communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
  • perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment
  • maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies
  • perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping and sprinklers
  • test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical components, and other guestroom items
  • perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties
  • follow company safety policies and procedures
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.

  • driver's license required.
