Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audio Video (AV) Project Manager Team Lead to join our diverse team of professionals and subject matter experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing challenging technical requirements for the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and United States Coast Guard (USCG) customers. The successful candidate will lead project teams to design, procure, fabricate, integrate, test, and evaluate AV systems. You will work closely with senior leadership, customers, and business unit departments to ensure projects meet customer requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Define program technical objectives and strategies aligned with customer and contractual requirements
  • Facilitate timely planning and conduct regular program reviews to monitor performance and quality standards
  • Lead project teams, including engineering, finance, and contracts
  • Develop and manage program plans, including Work Breakdown Structures, Statements of Work, Cost Estimates Packages, Schedules and Risk Registers
  • Manage resource forecasts and ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule
  • Interface with customers, sponsors, and end-users to provide program status and obtain feedback
  • Ensure projects meet safety, export, and security standards
  • Collaborate with AV leaders to keep aligned with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Program Management, Business-related, or Engineering field of study
  • 8 years of project experience in AV, Construction, Technology, or related industry
  • Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehension of AV system functionality and installation processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) and Project Management Information Tools (Service Now, Jira, Confluence)
  • Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
  • U.S. Person required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must currently possess Secret clearance

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with military and DoD customer organizations
  • Prior experience with NSW and or USCG
  • Knowledge of AV/VTC equipment and manufacturers (e.g. Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Cisco)
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Certification
  • Technical project management experience
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification or hands-on experience with SCRUM methodologies
