As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail‑oriented A/P & A/R Specialist to join our Finance team and help ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately. Job Responsibility:

  • Process A/P and A/R invoices accurately and on time
  • Review customer credit hold queues and take appropriate action
  • Process daily A/R bank deposits and cash applications
  • Perform weekly A/P check runs and prepare ACH files
  • Support A/R collection activities as needed
  • Enter and process Nails invoices
  • Complete weekly certification review and processing
  • Assist with the monthly financial close process
  • Prepare journal entries and ensure proper supporting documentation
  • Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger
  • Maintain supporting schedules and assist with month-end reporting
  • Support sales tax processing and reporting activities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Assist other departments with financial analysis and accounting-related support

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 3–7 years of related A/P and A/R experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during month-end close and other peak periods

Nice to have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
