You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing new component repair solutions. This includes analysing technical documentation, introducing new repair capabilities, and supporting production teams with engineering expertise.
Job Responsibility
Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements
Certify maintenance tasks and issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) within licence and authorisation limits
Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, and component replacements
Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft system defects, implementing effective corrective actions
Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and on time
Maintain compliance with EASA/UK CAA regulations, company policies, and safety standards
Support and supervise technicians and mechanics where required
Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
UKCAA License with experience working on A320
Base / line maintenance expertise on commercial aircraft
Diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
Valid UK right to work
