Job Responsibility

Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner
Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery
Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer
Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners
Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve standards
Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment
Comply with all driving laws and all company policies and procedures

Over the age of 21
At least 2 years Driving experience

Job Responsibility

Delivering furniture to customers houses using a 7.5t Vehicle
Spending time with customers to ensure they are happy with the delivery process
Assembling the furniture for the customer
Communicating clearly and confidently with your team
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Making a difference every day to the customer experience
