The 58 Social Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service in a lively, guest‑focused social environment. This role combines traditional serving skills with elevated hospitality, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and engaging experience across dining, lounge, and social areas. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and skilled at providing premium service while working efficiently in a fast-paced social setting.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, specials, and beverages
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless, attentive service
  • Maintain an upbeat, professional presence that enhances the overall guest experience
  • Set up, maintain, and close assigned sections according to venue standards
  • Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and appearance of social spaces, including tables, lounge areas, and service stations
  • Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Communicate guest needs or issues promptly to management or support staff
  • Work cohesively with team members to maintain high service standards
  • Support new team members with onboarding and training as requested
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of serving experience in a social dining, lounge, or upscale casual environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Positive attitude, team-driven mindset, and strong professionalism
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, events, and holidays based on venue needs
