Requirement Elicitation & Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather, analyze, and refine system/process requirements, ensuring alignment with operational goals
Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and drive process improvements through technology solutions
End-to-End User Enablement: Design and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders (operations, sales) and external partners (vendors, clients) to maximize system adoption
Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs, and user training manuals
Technical Support & Solution Design: Provide Tier-2 support for system-related issues escalated by business units, coordinating resolutions with IT teams
Create interactive prototypes using MOCKUP tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) to visualize solutions and validate requirements
Project Execution & Innovation: Monitor and report on development progress, ensuring timely delivery of business-critical features
Conduct root-cause analyses of operational pain points and propose datadriven enhancement plans to stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years in similar roles in freight forwarding/logistics, with preference for ocean freight expertise
Hands-on experience with 4PL operations: purchase orders, bookings, warehouse management
Very fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with overseas customers and collaborate across cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
Experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and freight forwarding software
End-to-end knowledge of logistics processes: Shipper/vendor coordination, Documentation (BL, AWB), Customs and compliance workflows
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Proactively identifies unmet client needs through active listening and market awareness, then drives innovative solutions with data-backed proposals
