Job Responsibility:

  • Requirement Elicitation & Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather, analyze, and refine system/process requirements, ensuring alignment with operational goals
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and drive process improvements through technology solutions
  • End-to-End User Enablement: Design and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders (operations, sales) and external partners (vendors, clients) to maximize system adoption
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs, and user training manuals
  • Technical Support & Solution Design: Provide Tier-2 support for system-related issues escalated by business units, coordinating resolutions with IT teams
  • Create interactive prototypes using MOCKUP tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) to visualize solutions and validate requirements
  • Project Execution & Innovation: Monitor and report on development progress, ensuring timely delivery of business-critical features
  • Conduct root-cause analyses of operational pain points and propose datadriven enhancement plans to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in similar roles in freight forwarding/logistics, with preference for ocean freight expertise
  • Hands-on experience with 4PL operations: purchase orders, bookings, warehouse management
  • Very fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with overseas customers and collaborate across cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
  • Experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and freight forwarding software
  • End-to-end knowledge of logistics processes: Shipper/vendor coordination, Documentation (BL, AWB), Customs and compliance workflows
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Proactively identifies unmet client needs through active listening and market awareness, then drives innovative solutions with data-backed proposals
