Job Responsibility:

  • Directly leads 5 to 10 Molding Technicians
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work
  • Appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Maintain a safe work environment
