Job Responsibility:
Preparing food to order for employees
perform grill cooking, cash register duties and cleaning duties
positively interact with employees and provide excellent customer service
occasional lift up to 35 pounds, perform stocking duties and will operate dishwasher equipment, while also cleaning the cooking area and tables to comply with cleanliness standards
comply with all safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines
Requirements:
Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent
three months as a general food prep cook
Ability to safely operate hot grill, fryers, stand for most of 8-hr shift
Nice to have:
six months experience with grill cooking, cash register, and food service duties
