3rd Assistant Taqueria Manager is responsible for assisting the Taqueria Manager and Assistant Taqueria Manager in planning, directing, and managing the operations and performance of the Taqueria Department in order to achieve and maintain department goals. Responsible for effectively merchandising product by maintaining product consistent in quality, freshness, appearance, flavor, and selection variety. Follows and monitors compliance of pertinent health department regulations, food safety, as well as state and local laws. Reviews invoices and compare accuracy against received merchandise, must report errors to vendor, Taqueria Manager, and Store Director. Also responsible for smiling and greeting all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service and responds to customers’ requests, to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
1 year of taqueria or restaurant experience a plus but not required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
