Job Description

Airbus is looking for a Technology/3DX Specialist to join in Bangalore, India, to play a role of functional architect and 3DX specialist in the activities of RFL/MBSE capabilities exploration, maturation, implementation and deployment for Airbus Information Management (IM). The Technology 3DX Specialist will be responsible for exploring and maturing the Dassault Systemes solutions which answer to the business needs, in the frame of the OnePlatform.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, integrate, deploy and maintain 3DX based Products
  • Drive business process implementation into 3DX (from process & use cases to implementation) from incubation phases to Production
  • Provide best practises in 3DX parametrization / customization and integration with Devops environment
  • Act as functional expert to support implementation teams to deliver the solutions in production
  • Translate the functional needs to a 3DX technical solution thanks to dual functional and technical knowledge
  • Support the architecture team and contribute to the convergence by providing functional and technical expertise on 3DX capabilities applicable in our perimeter
  • Support the MBSE teams in defining the architecture and solutions
  • Ensure the consistency and interoperability of solutions
  • Act as a technical referent for the 3DX part of the MBSE topics
  • Ensure the consistency of the 3DX solutions through strong interactions with the One Platform team and Design Authorities
  • Understand, capture, anticipate and challenge business needs
  • Support our overall transformation activities
  • Define technical interfaces with other processes (implemented inside or outside 3DX) together with the Architecture team
  • Map business process with the DS tools and the associated licenses
  • Industrialize highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored solutions
  • Drive technical discussions and explain chosen options and strategies
  • Helping in Application integration
  • Ensure that security and network compliance rules are respected
  • Coach the team, share knowledge & teach best practices
  • Ability to “broadcast” & explain ideas and present architecture to developers

Requirements

  • Engineering graduates with 5-12 years of experience in engineering software applications (Design, development, infrastructure setup, support etc)
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development
  • Advanced knowledge on Dassault Systemes 3DExperience toolset (Enovia, Catia, Simulia)
  • Advanced knowledge of VRP / System Composer
  • Advanced knowledge of Study Management in product line context
  • Additional knowledge of 3DX Platform Collaborative Space administration, 3DX Platform Architecture, 3DX Data Models (TXO),JPO
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, application frameworks & design principles
  • Prior experience hands-on software development, Operations and DevOps engineering
  • Good understanding of the business needs, good management of customer expectations, Business-oriented
  • Knowledge of security best practices for applications, servers, and networks
  • Drive technical discussions and explain options/choices to technical and non-technical audience
  • Skilled on working in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban projects
  • Teamwork and communication
