3Dx DELMIA Analyst IPD

Must work independently as Digital Manufacturing Consultant. Develop Material flow, process steps and product breakdown structure with requirement of the manufacturing build schedule using DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE software. Must have used MEA / EQS / PPL / MBOM /PLA / Factory Simulation Tools in 3DEXPERIENCE in prioritizing builds, expediting, and automating transactions per Lean concepts. Solid experience in Industrial Plant operations & Manufacturing assembly. Be able to collaborate effectively with multi-Functional teams. Must have delivered independently in any DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE based Process planning & Simulation projects. Creating, delivering, and standardizing flow models of existing and future manufacturing Lines/Plants and FALs. Meet the needs of internal and external customers, through documenting, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements. End to End functional knowledge from design to EBOM to MBOM to PBOM. Produce and maintain flow models and simulations.
