We’re partnering with a leading global brand to recruit a talented 3D Spatial Designer to create immersive retail and experiential environments. This is a confidential opportunity within a fast-paced creative agency working on a high-profile international account. This role is ideal for a designer who thinks “space-first” and can translate brand strategy into engaging, real-world experiences that connect with customers.
Job Responsibility
Translate creative briefs and brand strategy into 3D spatial concepts
Design immersive retail environments that reflect brand identity and storytelling
Plan customer journeys within premium physical spaces
Develop 3D models and communicate ideas to visualisation teams
Collaborate with technical designers to ensure concepts are buildable
Present and clearly explain design thinking to stakeholders
Requirements
3–6+ years’ experience in spatial design, retail design, or experiential design
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led 3D work
Proficiency in 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong spatial planning and layout skills
Understanding of customer experience and in-store journey design
Ability to art direct environments (lighting, composition, materials)
Collaborative mindset with confidence to lead early-stage concepts
