Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in additive manufacturing or 3D printer support roles
Strong hands-on experience with Formlabs (SLA) printers and Intech metal printers is preferred
Proficiency in slicing software (e.g., PreForm, Magics, Cura) and CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
Understanding of SLA, SLS, DMLS/SLM technologies, and post-processing workflows
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel for installations, training, and support

Job Responsibility

Demonstrate 3D printers (Formlabs & Intech) to potential clients with detailed technical knowledge
Conduct application studies, sample part printing, and benchmarking for customer requirements
Collaborate with sales and application teams to provide suitable 3D printing solutions
Assist clients in material selection and process parameters for various applications
Install and configure Formlabs (SLA) and Intech (Metal 3D) printers at client sites
Conduct comprehensive training for end-users on hardware, software (PreForm, Magics, etc.), and post-processing
Ensure seamless onboarding for new customers
Provide timely technical assistance for troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and servicing of 3D printers
Coordinate with OEMs (Formlabs, Intech) for escalated technical issues and firmware/software updates
