We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeler with hands-on experience in creating 3D assets and animation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Blender, character and prop modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation, and be capable of delivering high-quality assets for Unity-based projects.
Job Responsibility:
3D modeling (low-to-high poly, optimized for games/animation)
Rigging characters/objects with clean, animator-friendly controls (e.g., bones, IK/FK, deformers)
Animation (cycles, walk/run, facial, props—smooth and believable)
Texturing with Substance Painter (PBR materials, UDIMs, procedural workflows)
Final bakes/renders in Marmoset Toolbag (AO, normals, curvature)
Requirements:
1–3 years of professional experience as a Unity Designer / 3D Designer
Expert in Blender (4.0+ preferred) for all modeling/rigging/animation
Proficiency in Substance Painter for texturing
Experience with Marmoset Toolbag for baking/rendering
