Job Responsibility

Understanding of the construction industry along with likely future trends as it relates to BIM
Investigates, evaluate, and develop best practices of project workflows from design, estimation, construction administration and coordination
Serves as first line of support for advanced, complex Revit/BIM software workflows and modeling
Customer service experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work well with individuals (co-workers, clients, partners, vendors) at all levels
Reviews design 3D models and project data for quality, organization, and performance
Able to establish, create, maintain, and administer REVIT design standards
Coordinates and facilitates clash detection, QA/QC, and auditing design models across varied model authoring software
Develops and maintains project BIM Execution Plan documents and templates
