Job Description

We are looking for a 3D Designer to prepare production‑ready digital assets by harmonizing CAD data, metadata, and materials into high‑quality, reusable 3D model

Job Responsibility

  • Ingest, clean, and harmonize CAD and drawing files
  • Standardize naming conventions, metadata, and asset structure
  • Prepare 3D models with correct units, materials, rights, and claims
  • Create physically‑based materials and rendering setups
  • Document processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in 3D modeling or visualization
  • Strong proficiency in industry‑standard 3D tools
  • Understanding of CAD formats, UV mapping, and topology optimization
  • Experience integrating assets into real‑time or interactive environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Poland

Nice to have

  • Experience with generative or AI‑assisted 3D workflows
  • Familiarity with version control systems
