Contract (6 to 9 Months – AMBC Payroll. Hybrid (Any 3 Days On-site – Pune). Core Responsibilities: Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server (On-Prem & Online) environments, ensuring reliable mail flow, availability, and security. • Manage Active Directory (AD) accounts, groups, and policies while automating tasks through PowerShell scripting. • Configure and maintain Mimecast Secure Email Gateway, Ivanti EPM, and Trellix ePO (McAfee) for messaging security and endpoint compliance. • Troubleshoot Outlook, mail routing, and hybrid Exchange issues across enterprise infrastructure. • Implement and manage Duo MFA / SAML authentication for secure identity and access control. • Handle incident, change, and problem management via ServiceNow / BMC / Jira following ITIL standards. • Participate in Exchange migrations, patching, RCA reviews, and technical documentation to ensure operational excellence.
