This is an exciting opportunity to support students pastorally to achieve and be the best version of themselves on a daily basis. You will work in close collaboration with the Student Progress Leader of Year group/s and school team working holistically and preventatively to ensure learner well-being and attainment by providing 360 degrees of care, support and challenge for the students and families within your year group/s. Promoting positive attendance and punctuality through the Academy Attendance strategy and provide professional support to vulnerable groups and their families to include access to multi-agency support.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships
Be a good team player
Experience of working within an education establishment
Good level of ICT skills, i.e., Microsoft Package
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and very good organisational skills
Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours and attitudes
A good sense of humour
Ability to speak fluent spoken English
