Talent Acquisition Expert: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placement
Market Insight Provider: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide strategic advice to clients and candidates
HR Advisor: Guide clients and candidates on employment law and best practices
Job Promotion: Creating engaging, target group-oriented job ads to attract top talent
Talent Development: Offering career advice, guiding candidates through job interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding for those hired
Market Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends and the local labor market to provide strategic insights to both clients and candidates
HR Advisory and Management: Advising both clients and talents on personnel matters, including employment law, collective labor agreements, and privacy legislation (GDPR)
Candidate Database Management: Maintaining an up-to-date candidate database
Administrative Efficiency: Ensuring all administrative processes are efficiently managed using digital tools
Compliance: Complying with business policies and operational processes
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360-degree role
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and candidates
Business Savvy: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for business development
Resilience & Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and navigating challenges with ease
Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
