We are looking for a Sales-driven Senior 360 Consultant (PERM) to join our international team. This is a high-impact role designed for a recruiter who thrives on business development and client acquisition. The position follows a 60/40 split: the primary focus is on Business Development and Account Management, leveraging your existing network to bring in new PERM vacancies. The remaining focuses on Delivery, where you will manage the recruitment lifecycle for the accounts you secure. We are looking for a "hunter" mindset with the technical discipline to execute.
Job Responsibility:
Business Development & Client Management
New Business Acquisition: Actively hunt and secure new PERM business opportunities through your existing network, cold outreach, and referrals
Portfolio Growth: Bring and develop an active client portfolio in the IT/Technology sector
Account Leadership: Manage the full client relationship, from initial intake and fee negotiation to long-term account farming
Market Strategy: Partner with K2 leadership to identify high-growth sectors and align sales activities with global business goals
Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for personal billing targets and sales KPIs
Delivery & Execution
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full PERM lifecycle, including sourcing, technical/behavioral interviews, and offer management
Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to ensure rapid fulfillment of the vacancies you bring in
Candidate Experience: Ensure a premium, consultative experience for all candidates in enterprise tech
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate sales and recruitment activity tracking in CRM/ATS systems
Requirements:
3–8+ years of experience as a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager in the staffing industry
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and bring an active, transferable client network
Commercial Expertise: Strong experience in negotiation, pitching services, and closing PERM contracts
Recruitment Proficiency: Solid background in IT delivery, with a deep understanding of the technology talent market
Agency Background: Mandatory experience in recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or consulting settings
