We’re looking for someone ready to get stuck in at the heart of our operations - confident in operating 360-degree cranes and bailers and committed to keeping our site running safely and efficiently. You’ll be hands-on with lifting and loading materials, supporting the yard team with daily tasks and staying on top of equipment checks to keep our machinery in excellent condition. If you’ve got a sharp eye for safety, a proactive approach, and enjoy working closely with a team to keep things moving and hit site targets, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibility:
Operate 360-degree cranes and bailers safely and efficiently as part of daily site activities
Carry out lifting, loading, and unloading operations to keep materials moving smoothly
Work closely with site teams to support yard operations and contribute to overall site performance
Complete pre-use machinery checks, keep equipment in good working order, and report any defects promptly
Follow health and safety procedures at all times, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment by clearing up spillages or debris, helping with the lubrication and upkeep of trucks and machinery, and ensuring safe conditions for yourself and others
Requirements:
CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360-degree operation
4+ years of proven experience operating cranes, excavators, or similar heavy machinery
Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations and safe working practices
A reliable, safety-focused attitude with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support wider site operations
