Job Responsibility

Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner
Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery
Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer
Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners
Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service
Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment
Comply with all driving laws and all company policies and procedures
