Job Description:

As a 310T Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet safety standards. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical skill set, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Diagnosis and Repairs: Conduct thorough diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles, including trucks, to identify and resolve mechanical issues
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and engine tune-ups, to keep the fleet in optimal condition
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and inspections, and provide detailed reports as needed
  • Adherence to Safety Standards: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other mechanics and team members to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize fleet performance
  • Equipment Inspections: Review pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and address potential problems before they escalate

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 310T Mechanic
  • Possession of a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with a variety of heavy-duty vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and braking systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
