310T Licensed Technician

Emcon Services Inc.is a proud Canadian based company with over 30 years of success as an interprovincial road and bridge maintenance contractor. We currently have an opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our mechanical team as 310T Certified Technician for our Sudbury, Ontario division at our Lively, Ontario shop. We welcome and encourage applications from 310J Truck–Trailer Service Technicians, as well as 3rd year apprentices, as we have apprenticeship developmental programs in place. Are you a registered 310T Technician? Do you enjoy the challenges of a fast pace ever changing environment? This position is responsible for conducting annual safety inspections, performing repairs and following our preventative maintenance program on our current fleet of trucks, trailers and equipment. Duties assigned by Lead-Hand/Mechanical Superintendent. Compensation & Additional Information: Hourly rate will be based on experience and qualifications, as per the collective agreement; This position includes participation in on-call rotations, with opportunity for overtime (OT); Company vehicle may be provided while on-call, as required.
