Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming and assisting both hotel guests and external customers from their arrival until they are seated in the different dining outlets
  • Responsible for greeting, seating, and bidding farewell to guests in the restaurant outlets
  • Managing, registering, and confirming reservations for the F&B department through the hotel's reservation management system
  • Monitoring capacity and guest flow in the terrace/bar
  • Checking menus to ensure they are updated, clean, well-stocked, and wrinkle-free
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day, following proper cleaning procedures
  • Encouraging upselling
  • Communicating effectively with F&B department managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Recording and relaying customer feedback to the managers on duty

Requirements:

  • Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training
  • 1 to 2 years experience
  • At least 2 years in customer service roles in 4/5 hotels or restaurants
  • High level of English
