2nd Shift Technician II

• Performs maintenance, repair or overhaul of gas turbine engines, gas turbine starting systems, and turbojet engines to include sub-assemblies and components
• Performs assembly and testing of gas turbine engines, gas turbine starting systems, and turbojet engines
• Works with hand tools and cleaning chemicals in order to disassemble equipment for inspection purposes
• Works with the component maintenance manual and internal documentation to accept or reject individual components in an engine
• Works with hand tools, special tools, measuring equipment, balancing and grinding machines in order to assemble customer equipment
• Follows prescribed procedures to complete tasks, making alterations as needed, requests expenditures

• Technical school
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training
• or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic Level – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
• and ability to use SAP and ADP Time System to record daily timecard
• Mechanical/technical/interpersonal skills that can be applied immediately to the job duties
• Experience working in ITAR environment

A&P License is a plus
